How do I schedule an inspection?

How much does an inspection cost?
Pricing depends on the property type, size, age, location, and any add-on services requested. Residential inspections start at $345. New construction inspections start at $545, and commercial inspections start at $595.

What is included in a home inspection?
A standard home inspection includes a visual review of major accessible systems and components, including the roof, exterior, foundation, attic, crawl space, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, interior rooms, doors, windows, and attached garage areas.
Do I need to attend the inspection?
You are welcome to attend if your schedule allows. If you cannot be there, the report will include photos and clear notes so you can review the findings afterward.
When will I receive the report?
Report timing can vary depending on the property and services requested, but we work to provide reports as quickly as possible after the inspection is complete.
Do you offer add-on services?
Yes. Available add-on services may include radon testing, mold sampling, water quality testing, septic inspection coordination, termite or wood-destroying insect inspection, and pool or spa inspection.
Can you inspect vacation rentals or Airbnb properties?
Yes. iNspect provides inspections for short-term rental and vacation rental properties to help owners, managers, and investors identify visible maintenance, safety, and repair concerns.
