What to Expect
If this is your first experience with a home inspection, you may have questions or concerns about the process.
One thing is for sure, we will always do our best...but we will also:
Never be late to appointment without a call to inform you as to why and when we will be at your location.
Never park in your driveway unless there is no other place to park safely.
Never walk in your home without shoe covers.
Never move anything unless we have no choice and then we will ensure it is put back right.
Never touch any personal items or effects.
Never leave without ensuring that lights and thermostats are in the position we find them.
Never be rude or unprofessional at any time and respect everyone.
